WHY WE LOVE WEST THAILAND

Thailand has a way of capturing your heart in the most unexpected ways. From the panoramic views over Phang Nga Bay in Phuket to the quiet rhythm of island life on Koh Yao Noi and Koh Yao Yai, every stop along the journey feels like a new chapter.

We were drawn to the peaceful mornings surrounded by limestone cliffs, the sound of waves against wooden boats, and the friendly smiles of locals who make you feel instantly at home. Koh Yao Noi we loved the most for its local charm, lush scenery and authentic atmosphere.

On Koh Lanta, time seems to slow down with long beaches, golden sunsets and that easy island vibe. Further south, Koh Lipe feels like a dream with turquoise waters so clear you can see the fish beneath your feet and nights filled with soft music and a warm sea breeze.

Everywhere you go, the flavors tell their own story, from simple beachside curries to grilled fish enjoyed with sandy feet. What makes this part of Thailand so special is how effortlessly it blends everything we love most: tranquility, adventure and a touch of magic that stays with you long after you leave.

Day 2-4
Koh Yao Noi – Island Life & Local Charm

After breakfast, your private transfer brings you to the pier for the ferry to Koh Yao Noi, a quiet island halfway between Phuket and Krabi. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed at your comfortable hotel surrounded by palm trees and sea views.

Your days here are free to enjoy at your own rhythm. Explore the peaceful beaches by scooter, visit a local market, or simply unwind in a hammock with the sound of the waves in the background.

Your Travel Guide Book provides handpicked tips for local cafés and sunset viewpoints.

A scenic ferry ride takes you further south to Koh Lipe, a small island surrounded by crystal-clear waters and coral reefs in every shade of blue. This little paradise feels remote yet full of life, with soft white sand and calm turquoise bays perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

Spend your days exploring colorful reefs just off the beach, diving into some of Thailand’s most spectacular underwater worlds, or taking a longtail boat to nearby islands that look like they belong in a dream.

As the sun sets, stroll along the lively Walking Street, where beach bars, fresh seafood, and a gentle sea breeze create that unmistakable island magic.

WEATHER
  • THAILAND

The best time to visit Thailand is from November to April, when the weather is mostly dry, sunny, and pleasant across the country. During these months, you can expect comfortable temperatures, lower humidity, and clear skies, making it perfect for sightseeing, island hopping, and exploring cultural sites.

From May to October, Thailand experiences its rainy season, with occasional heavy showers, especially in the central and northern regions. However, rain typically comes in short bursts followed by sunshine, so travel remains enjoyable year-round.

  • GULF OF THAILAND (Koh Samui, Koh Tao, Koh Phangan)

The Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao region follows a slightly different weather pattern. The best time to visit is from December to August, when the weather is warm, calm, and mostly dry.

  • ANDAMAN SEA (Phuket, Krabi)

The Andaman Coast, which includes Phuket, Krabi, and Khao Lak, enjoys its best weather from November to April. During this period, you’ll find clear skies, calm seas, and ideal beach conditions for swimming, snorkeling, and boating.
