General Information
Every traveler is unique, and so should be their journey. Our Tailored Tour Planning Service is designed for those who value authenticity, comfort, and a seamless travel experience. Once you get in touch, we’ll schedule a personal consultation to discuss your travel goals, preferences, and expectations. During this conversation, we’ll explore what inspires you, from dream destinations and cultural experiences to your ideal pace, comfort level, and any special interests. Following our consultation, we’ll create a draft itinerary based on your vision. This initial plan gives you a first look at how your journey could unfold, including suggested destinations, activities, and experiences. If the concept aligns with your expectations and you wish to proceed, we’ll move forward with the detailed planning process. Our goal is to craft a trip that reflects your story, ensuring that every moment feels intentional, inspiring, and effortless. Throughout the process, we provide ongoing support and assistance, making sure your experience is stress-free from start to finish.

Payment Terms
Once the draft itinerary is approved, a €250 planning deposit is required before we continue refining and finalizing your personalized itinerary. This deposit covers the detailed design work, supplier coordination, and customized recommendations, and will be deducted from your final invoice once you confirm your trip. After your final itinerary is completed and you are ready to move forward, we will send you the final quote, with all inclusions clearly outlined. To proceed with the reservation of flights and ground transportation, a 50% payment is required at this stage. As a small, independent agency, we work directly with local suppliers who often require advance payments to guarantee availability. For this reason, we kindly request the remaining 50% balance as soon as possible, allowing us to proceed with booking your accommodations, activities, and other on-ground arrangements. This structure ensures we can confirm all services promptly and secure the best possible options for your travel dates. All client payments are used exclusively to confirm your reservations, ensuring full transparency and reliability throughout the planning process.

Cancellation, Refunds & Travel Insurance
The €250 planning deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and expertise dedicated to designing your personalized itinerary. Once bookings have been confirmed, all cancellations will follow the terms and conditions of our local suppliers and service providers. Please note that many partners require advance payments to secure availability, and their refund policies may vary. We will always do our best to recover any refundable amounts wherever possible, but some services may be fully non-refundable depending on supplier conditions. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected changes. This ensures peace of mind and financial protection in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our role is to plan, coordinate, and confirm all travel arrangements on your behalf. Each booking is made under the terms and policies of our trusted partners, and we act as an intermediary to facilitate communication and support should any issues arise.
