- Personal Consultation: Each package includes a personal consultation via phone or online. Depending on the complexity of your booking and trip, multiple online meetings may be scheduled to ensure every detail is meticulously arranged. - Transparent Overview: You will always have a clear overview, with all booked services-such as accommodations and tours - Package Validity: Each package is valid for up to two adults sharing a double room; children are included in the package price. - Premium Package Surcharges: For the PREMIUM Package, if additional domestic flights are required, a surcharge of €79 will apply. Similarly, for groups larger than two adults (excluding children), a €79 surcharge applies. - Vacation Duration: Packages cover vacation planning for up to three weeks. An additional surcharge of €79 per week applies for longer durations. - Covered Destinations:The packages primarily cover the following countries: - Asia: Borneo, Indonesia (Bali, Flores, Jakarta, Java, Lombok), Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, United Arab Emirates. - Europe: Albania, Germany, Greece (Athens, Crete), Italy (Northern Italy: Tyrol & Dolomites), Kosovo, Netherlands (Amsterdam), Austria, Switzerland, Spain (Madrid, Barcelona), Czech Republic, Hungary (Budapest). - North America:USA (Florida, NYC). - Oceania:New Zealand. - Other Destinations: If you wish to travel to a country not listed above, please feel free to contact me to discuss your preferences.

We will clarify all these details in advance. Afterward, I will start searching for the best solution within your budget. If the result does not meet your expectations, I will, of course, make a second attempt. PAYMENT TERMS
For first-time use of my services, a deposit of 30% is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining payment is due upon completion of the planning process. Please note that additional costs may arise during the trip that cannot be paid for during the planning phase, such as excursions, accommodations, or transportation. These will be transparently communicated to you in advance.

PREMIUM PACKAGE TERMS
Before finalizing the booking process for accommodations, activities, and other offers, we will get in touch - via email, WhatsApp, or a phone call. You have the freedom to choose what best suits your travel plans. I will provide you with a transparent overview of the current costs. Once I receive your payment, I will take care of all the bookings for you. Please note that prices may fluctuate between your decision and the actual booking. In such a case, I will provide you with a detailed update on any changes, ensuring you stay informed at all times.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You will receive the necessary documents no later than 2-3 weeks before your trip begins. For last-minute bookings made less than 4 weeks in advance, you will receive the information at least 5-7 days before departure in a well-structured PDF file. This file will not only include your booking details but also essential tips, personal recommendations, and an overview of planned activities to enhance your travel experience.
