What to Expect?

🌌 Wild Camping Beneath Mongolia’s Starry Skies

Each night, we set up camp in breathtaking, remote locations where silence reigns and the sky feels endless. Thanks to Mongolia’s "right to roam," we choose our spots freely: beside alpine lakes, in open steppe, or nestled in forested valleys. At 1,500 meters and above, the night sky turns into a planetarium. Gather around the crackling fire, trade stories, and enjoy meals cooked beneath the stars by our talented camp chef. Sleep has never felt so wild or so peaceful.

💧 Embracing Simplicity: Water & Washing

Out here, we return to the essentials. Water comes straight from crystal clear rivers and lakes—clean enough to wash in, heat over the fire, or take a brave dip. Bring biodegradable soap to help protect these pristine ecosystems. Most sources are clean enough to drink, but we filter or boil to be safe. Bottled water is available too. There’s no luxury in this lifestyle—but it’s freeing, grounding, and real..

☀️ Welcome to the Land of Blue Sky

Mongolia’s nickname is no exaggeration. With more than 260 sunny days a year, the skies are vast, high, and impossibly blue. Expect warm days (20–30°C), but when the sun dips, temperatures can fall below 5°C—especially in the mountains. Pack layers, a four-season sleeping bag, and a warm mat. If you're prepared, sleeping under the open sky becomes one of the most magical parts of the journey.

🐎 Riding Through Diverse Landscapes

Saddle up and ride deep into the Mongolian wilderness. From lush river valleys to rocky mountain passes and sweeping grasslands, each day brings new terrain—and new wonder. We ride around 20–30 km daily at a relaxed pace, perfect for beginners. Never ridden before? No problem. You’ll be guided every step of the way. Experienced riders can break away and gallop across the steppe, accompanied by a local guide. The bond you’ll form with your horse is something you’ll never forget.

🦅 The Golden Eagle Festival

High in the Altai Mountains, among snow-dusted peaks and windswept plains, the Golden Eagle Festival brings centuries of tradition to life. For two unforgettable days, you’ll witness Kazakh eagle hunters in action racing across the land with their powerful birds, competing in hunting games, horseback archery, and wrestling matches. Music, dance, and rich cultural rituals fill the air.
It’s not just a show it’s a celebration of identity, pride, and survival. An experience so raw, powerful, and rare, it will stay with you long after you’ve left the steppe behind.
